Composition Scavenger Hunt

P3T5_Composition_2015 from Kapaa Middle School MEDIA on Vimeo.

I think the most important composition technique is leading lines because its really hard to find where leading lines are. Sometimes leading lines can be very difficult to do outside lines that can lead straight to the subject its suppose to lead to. Some people think that leading lines can start from anywhere in the picture but its not exactly right because leading lines are suppose to start from the camera and goes straight into the subject so your eyes lead to it. Leading Lines can also be the most important composition technique because my opinion on leading lines is that it is really challenging to find. However leading lines are really fun to do because who doesn't want a little challenge in there life. Leading Lines are like your someone who is looking right towards what they want when they see it.

The most difficult composition technique would be unusual angles because many people think that when they take a unusual angle shot it looks like one to them but it may just be a different composition technique. It can be very difficult to find a position where you think people would never take a picture at. You can use unusual angles more by maybe just practicing it by yourself if you want to get better at it. My opinion would be to use this composition technique because it draws your audiences eyes to your subject and absolutely make it more interesting. You can also use it more like if you have projects you can use unusual angle to practice it more and more.

My teammates were Kyla & Julie, Kyla is very smart, weird, and creative in many ways you would want to know. Julie is like a director and she knows what to do and when exactly to do it because she is a very clever person. I did rule of thirds scenery and Julie did rule of thirds subject both of these were very hard to do. Kyla did contrast in content while Julie did leading lines these were easy to do because its simple. I did framing and parts of a whole these where kind of hard but kind of easy to do at the same time. Mele actually did the grouping shots so all of us could make a group shot and I did the rest of them which were extreme close-up, repetition of shapes and unusual angles.
